- 1teaspoon vanilla
- 1cup oatmeal (any kind)
- 3⁄4cup powdered milk
- 1⁄4cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄4cup chocolate chips, to garnish (or garnish to taste using sesame seeds for a healthier alternative)
